Deferred Interest Promotions available on purchases of $200 or more:
➢6 and 12 Months promotional financing with required Minimum Monthly Payments:
Interest accrues on promo purchase during promo period and is assessed if promo purchase is not paid in full within promo period. Minimum monthly payments are required. Making only the minimum monthly payment, which is shown on the billing statement, may or may not pay of the promotional balance within the promo period.
For those who may desire a lower monthly payment, extended plans are also available for 24, 36, 48, and 60 months.
Fixed Payment/Reduced APR for Life of Promotion:
➢Interest is assessed on a promotional purchase at a reduced APR and fixed monthly payments are required until paid in full or otherwise terminated. Fixed payments are fixed percentage of the initial promo purchase amount.
➢24 Months promotional financing with a 14.90% APR on purchases of $1,000 or more
➢36 Months promotional financing with a 15.90% APR on purchases of $1,000 or more
➢48 Months promotional financing with a 16.90% APR on purchases of $1,000 or more
➢60 Months promotional financing with a 17.90% APR on purchases of $2,500 or more
Standard Account Terms apply to purchases of less than $200 and from purchase date on Deferred Interest Promotion if the promotional balance is not paid by the end of the promotional period.
There is no pre-payment penalty.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) – Take advantage of this considerable savings if offered through your employer. Check with your human resource department to inquire when open enrollment begins for your FLEX or Cafeteria Plan and find out if your account has any restrictions regarding using funds for copays. With this plan, pre-tax dollars are deducted each pay period to cover an elective procedure of your choice; in this case, Laser Vision Correction/PRK or Laser Cataract Surgery. First, you should confirm your candidacy before you designate the funds. Prior to planning your FSA contribution for the year, schedule your Laser Vision Correction/PRK evaluation or Cataract evaluation with Del Negro & Senft Eye Associates to see if you are a candidate for any elective or non-covered service. Flex Spending funds can also be used for eyewear and contact lenses.
- Health Savings Account (HSA) – You are eligible to use a HSA if you are signed up for a high deductible health plan (HDHP). The funds never expire, unlike a Flexible Spending Account.
